Care Package to Friesland

Thought I'd show off a few gifts that are going to Shawn's cousins in Friesland, Netherlands, to thank them for hosting us for a weekend in July.

First, I made a felted City Shoulder Bag from Patons Classic Wool in Royal Purple and Bright Red, and added a poppy from a MagKnits pattern.

Then I did a Multidirectional Diagonal Scarf using Noro Silk Garden.

Here's another view of the scarf. My plan is to package these knits with a few other things and send it off this weekend. Only three months after the visit ...!
