Vacation Knitting

This week I've been on vacation in Florida, and since we only brought carry-on luggage, I had to choose a small knitting project for the beach: Stay On Baby Booties. I'm using leftover yarn from my Uptown Boot Socks. I don't have the book with me, just a photocopy, but I'll post the bibliographic info once I get home.

I've made these booties before, using Koigu remnants. I made them for friends last summer when I found out they were trying to get pregnant. And now they're expecting in August, so the booties were a good talisman!
